Langhe Wine Estate

In the heart of the Langhe, in an extremely scenic location, organic wine estate for sale. The estate covers a total area of about 14.5 hectares (35.8 acres), set in a hilly and very panoramic position over the Langhe. The structures are the result of innovative work, which has made it possible to combine modernity and technology while respecting the pre-existing environment. The use of new construction technologies and state-of-the-art materials ensure the optimization of energy consumption that makes the property unique in every detail: electricity is provided by an 11-kW photovoltaic system.

LANGHE, PIEDMONT: WINERY WITH 4.0-HA BAROLO VINEYARDS FOR SALE

Langhe Winery

Just outside of the most renowned towns of Langhe, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, wine estate with cellar and 6.7 hectares of vineyards (+ 1.2 ha rented). The property currently produces up to 50,000 bottles of wine per year (including the superb Barolo DOCG) and features two apartments for a total of 5 bedrooms.

The estate is currently working and produces excellent wines, while at the same time offering guided tours and public wine-tasting sessions. The two houses in the property could be easily used to start a small accommodation business, maybe combined with experiences in the vineyards and in the cellar. 

 

The owned vineyards, as is often the case in Piedmont and particularly in the Barolo area, are split among three different plots of land: the biggest of them (4.0 ha) is planted with Nebbiolo da Barolo vines, together with a small 0.2-ha vineyard right next to the cellar. Right next to the cellar there is a residential building made up of two units. On the ground floor there is the first house (90 m² – 968 ft²), recently restored, a laundry and a boiler room. On the upper floor there is the second house (90 m² – 968 ft²) made up of kitchen, living room with fireplace, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a sitting room.

AWARD-WINNING WINERY FOR SALE IN BAROLO, PIEDMONT

Barolo Winery
