Riccardo Romolini
CEO & Founder

Born in Umbria, Riccardo spent his childhood in a small Tuscan town, Caprese Michelangelo, the birthplace of Buonarroti.
Over the years he has developed a deep interest in the history of his territory, which soon became a passion for architecture, art and antiques.
After the scientific high school diploma Riccardo studied "Agricultural Sciences" at the University of Perugia.
After having attended the course as a real estate agent at the Arezzo Chamber of Commerce, he passed the final exam resulting the best candidate in the entire province.
Riccardo is a third-level AIS Sommelier.
In 2004, together with his wife Marta, he founded Romolini Immobiliare, choosing the characteristic medieval village of Anghiari as its headquarters.
Since 2008 he has been the exclusive affiliate of Christie's International Real Estate and since 2018 a member of Christie's Master Circle Vineyards & Wineries Expert Advice.
He is esteemed by his clients for his professionalism, in-depth knowledge of the local and international real estate market, as well as for his innate diplomatic skills that have led him, over the years, to numerous excellent results.
Riccardo is patient, creative and charismatic.
He is fond of photography and Japanese gardens.
He lives in Tuscany together with his wife Marta and their three children.
Marta Brunellini Romolini
Co-Founder - Administrator & Sales Director

Marta was born in Umbria and grew up in Tuscany.
After a scientific high school diploma, she got a university degree in Philosophy.
In 2002 she joined her husband Riccardo in the real estate business and, together with him, founded Agenzia Romolini Immobiliare in 2004.
Marta supervises and coordinates the agency's activities and assists clients in the negotiation and in signing the contracts.
She lives in Tuscany with Riccardo, their three children and their dogs Dado, Ambra and Rosso.
She is a long distance runner and a marathoner.
Danilo Romolini
Sales Manager

Danilo was born in Arezzo, Tuscany, in March 2000 and is the first son of Riccardo and Marta Romolini.
He traveled a lot since he was very young and he attended various Language courses in UK and USA. He completed his secondary school in Ireland where he obtained his diploma in 2019.
He was only four years old when his parents founded Romolini Immobiliare and, having seen how much effort and love they have put in their job throughout the years, he has always felt part of it.
At the beginning of 2020 he joined the business bringing innovative ideas, enthusiasm and dedication.
In May 2020 started presenting guided property tours in the company YouTube channel.
Being grown in a naturally and architecturally beautiful environment he developed a love for Beauty.
He loves architecture, antiques, sports cars and watches.
Danilo is passionate about sports and the intense discipline and dedication it requires.
Danilo is creative, ambitious and determined.
Gionatan Guidi
Licensed Real Estate Agent

Gionatan was born and grew up in Umbria, gaining an in-depth knowledge of the nearby Tuscan territory over the years.
After graduating as an accountant, he attended the real estate agent school successfully passing the final exam.
After six years of experience in the real estate industry, in 2006 he joined Romolini Immobiliare, enriching the group with his experience and professionalism.
Agent valued by colleagues and customers for his seriousness, and for the great dedication to his profession, Gionatan lives in Umbria with his family.
His hobbies are tennis, skiing and traveling.
Gionatan is a passionate runner and marathoner.
Federico Cavalieri
Licensed Real Estate Agent

Federico was born and grew up in Umbria.
After obtaining the diploma as a mechanical engineer, he attended the course for real estate agent and brilliantly passed the qualification exam.
In 2015 he started collaborating with Romolini Immobiliare joining the team and quickly earning the appreciation of colleagues and customers.
Federico is serious, sincere and determined.
His hobbies are fishing and mountain biking.
Federico lives in Umbria with his family.
Lorenzo Tecchioli
Marketing Coordinator

Lorenzo was born and grew up in Tuscany.
After the secondary school diploma, achieved with full marks, he graduated in "Languages for intercultural and business communication" at the University of Siena with the highest marks and honors.
Lorenzo then joined Romolini Immobiliare in June 2017, enriching the group with his expertise in various sectors, his dedication and great seriousness.
Responsible for drafting the descriptive texts of the properties, Lorenzo has always had a great passion for IT and is, therefore, the person in charge of the internet back office.
Passionate about history and ancient languages, Lorenzo also loves taking walks in the beautiful Tuscan countryside.
He lives in Anghiari with his family.
Anna Paoletti
Marketing Coordinator

Anna was born and grew up in Tuscany where she currently lives with her family.
After graduating in Languages, she obtained a three-year university degree in “Languages and intercultural communication” and, subsequently, a master's university degree in "Modern Languages and Literatures and Foreign Languages for International Communication" with full marks.
In 2012 she joined Romolini Immobiliare as manager of German translations as well as assistant for German-speaking clients.
Anna is appreciated by both clients and colleagues for her sweet and reserved character as well as for the dedication and precision which she carries out her work with.
She loves traveling, art, cinema, reading and she loves cats.
Lorenzo Guerri
Enologist & Wine Expert

Born and raised in Umbria, Lorenzo graduated with a degree in Viticulture and Enology from the University of Perugia and went on to become a Wine Export Manager at the IED in Florence.
His passion for wine has family roots, but it was also born “on his two feet”, like the label (“Su due piedi”) that characterizes him as a small producer. The first bottle engraved with his name is in memory of his beloved grandfather, who once owned that vineyard.
For years his family has cultivated a bond of friendship and collaboration with Riccardo and Marta. This is how Lorenzo and Romolini Immobiliare came to know and appreciate each other.
In this welcoming and familiar context, the professional figure of Lorenzo was inserted to enrich the already consolidated experience of the Romolini group with sector-specific skills.
Lorenzo is helpful, reliable and determined. He loves soccer and today plays on a local team.
Alessia Brunellini

Born in Perugia, Umbria, Alessia spent her childhood in Città di Castello.
Over the years, she developed a deep interest in the beauty of her local area, which soon converted into a passion for architecture and interior design.
After graduating from high school Alessia studied Archaeology at the University of Florence. Alessia later worked as a business consultant for several companies in the area, later devoting herself to the organization of events.
Sincere, precise and patient, she carries out her work by establishing a confidential relationship with clients based on trust and punctuality.
Creative and a lover of beauty, she is passionate about interior design and decoration.
She loves to travel and has a deep love for the sea.
She lives in the Umbrian countryside together with her children Edoardo and Francesca.
Marco Tizzi
Legal Expert

Born in Sansepolcro, Tuscany, the birthplace of Piero della Francesca, Marco spent most of his childhood there.
He attended the Liceo Classico Musicale “Francesco Petrarca” in Arezzo where, in 2003, he obtained his classical as well as musical diploma, taking the fifth year in Flute Traverso.
In 2004 he moved to Bologna where he enrolled in the G. B. Martini Conservatory and, in parallel, in the Faculty of Law.
In 2006 he graduated brilliantly in the Traverso class and in 2011 he graduated from the Faculty of Law with a prestigious thesis in Canon Law entitled "Joan of Arc: from Heretic to Saint". Thanks to the accolades obtained from his thesis work, in 2012 he obtained permission to study the last two trials of St. Joan of Arc, precisely that of Beatification and Canonization, at the Vatican Apostolic Archives, which are still being studied.
Enrolled as a trainee lawyer at the College of Arezzo, he attended a training internship at the Court of Arezzo where he had the opportunity to study various subjects in depth, namely the protection of the person, separations/divorces, successions, medical liability, until he approached the real estate field, specifically that of real estate executions.
In 2013 he was hired by the Judicial Sales Institute at the Court of Arezzo where he held the position of Custode Giudiziario.
Fascinated by the real estate sphere, from 2019 to 2023, he held the position of notary collaborator at a well-known associated firm in Arezzo, where he got in tousch with the renowned company Romolini Immobiliare.
Parallel to his collaboration with Romolini Immobiliare, he teaches flute, devotes himself to the study of the Baroque Traverso, and collaborates with various musical ensembles and orchestras.
Iacopo Rossi
Agronomist & Wine Expert
Spoken languages:
Born in Arezzo, Tuscany, Iacopo has always shown interest and sensitivity to issues of environmental sustainability.
In 2000 he graduated in "Agricultural Sciences" from the University of Perugia with a grade of 110/110 cum laude.
After passing the state exam for qualification as an Agronomist, he practiced as a freelance in agronomic studies and in collaboration with oenologists.
At the same time he cultivated his dream of running a winery himself until he became co-founder of an organic wine estate with accommodation and wine tourism activities.
As a professional agricultural entrepreneur and administrator, he developed the estate by planting vineyards, building a bio-architectural winery, and renovating the farmhouses on the property for use as accommodations.
The modern architecture winery has received major awards to the point of being included in the Toscana Wine Architecture circuit, which includes the 13 most beautiful design wineries in Tuscany.
Specific training, business consulting, and administration of a wine estate has enabled Iacopo to acquire established skills in agronomy (viticulture in particular), enology, budget analysis and business plan evaluation, urban planning and building regulations in the agricultural sector, and property renovations.
In 2023, the sale of the estate to foreign investors was an opportunity to get in touch with Romolini, who successfully brokered the deal.
It was love at first sight with real estate, and the understanding with the agency staff was such that since February 2024 Iacopo has been part of the crew.
He lives in Arezzo and is married to Federica with whom he shares a love for their sons Giorgio and Gianmarco.
